We offer delivery all over India through our trusted courier partners.
Note: We currently do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Charges
✅ Shipping is absolutely FREE across India on all orders.
There are no hidden or additional delivery charges for standard shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized products may take 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.
You will be notified via email or phone if there is any expected delay.
4. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp after your order is shipped.
5. Refused Delivery or RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is:
- Refused at the time of delivery
- Undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
- Returned to us by the courier (RTO)
👉 The customer will be responsible for reshipping charges if they request a redelivery.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees or cancel the order if reshipping is not confirmed within a reasonable time.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the packaging and the product
We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
